CEX Solutions is the trading name of Binovate Labs SRL, founded in 2012 in Bucharest. We build software for the people who run pharma commercial operations because that is where most of us came from — McKinsey, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Merck, AbbVie, INSEAD. The platform is engineered in Europe, runs natively on AWS, and is deployed in the regions our customers require — from Europe and MENA today through to the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Oceania, and Africa on demand.

We did not retrofit a horizontal SaaS for life sciences. We built a pharma-native platform in Europe from day one, under GDPR, with the data-handling discipline that regulation embeds — and we engineered it on AWS from the start, accumulating more than 15 years of AWS operating experience. That foundation is why customers can extend the same platform across MENA today, and into the Americas (HIPAA-aware), Asia-Pacific including mainland China (PIPL/MLPS-aware), Oceania, and Africa without re-architecting around new compliance regimes.
